Group Programs and Challenges
Upcoming Group Programming:
A few times a year I offer 8, 10, or 12-week group coaching intensives. This programming is based on my Signature Program, Radical Renewal: Transformation Simplified.
This is what I call a zipline version of my One-to-One 5 month program.
In group coaching, we meet once a week online for 90 minutes going over educational material you receive each week and discuss any thoughts you have about implementing, problems that arise, victories you acheive. By the end of the program you will learn:
- How your body actually works, debunking Diet Industrial Complex myths about food and movement
- How to best access and burn your own fat for fuel
- How to optimally incorporate movement into your life
- How to prioritize sleep (and why you should)
- Overall mindset shifts about your body, aging, social structure, and purpose in midlife and beyond.
You will also have access to a private Facebook group, where we all celebrate wins, support each other, and where I answer questions to help you on your journey. You also have access to me via email, for those that don’t use Facebook.
This is a quick start for many women who just need a little push and lots of structure (and great camaraderie) to get started on their journey to health.

Challenges
A few times a year I offer 5, 10, 14, and 21-day challenges where I take a deep dive on one topic. Some of these are free, some are offered at a minimal cost. Past Challenges have included Stress Release before the Holidays, 7-Day “Get Better Sleep” Challenge and “10 Days to Clean” Summer Detox
